KI 2023 – Registration

Registration to KI 2023 is open.

The registration system is available via the following link: https://informatik2023.gi.de/registration_ki.html

The registration ticket prices for KI 2023 are identical to the ones for the co-located INFORMATIK 2023 conference, and can be found at https://informatik2023.gi.de/ticketpreise.html. Important: Please note that the "early bird" deadlines of INFORMATIK 2023 (displayed at https://informatik2023.gi.de/ticketpreise.html) do not apply for KI 2023 registrants, so please refer to the "early bird" prices on that page. Also, KI 2023 is a presence-only conference, so online tickets do not apply to KI 2023. 

Early bird prices are available until August 26, 2023, 23:59 Berlin time (approx. four weeks before the conference). See also https://ki2023.gi.de/registration for more information. After that, the registration prices will increase (see "late bird prices" at https://informatik2023.gi.de/ticketpreise.html).

The conference dinner of KI 2023 is a joint dinner with INFORMATIK 2023 and SKILL 2023 and organized by INFORMATIK 2023. Due to logistic constraints, participation to the conference dinner is limited to 30 KI 2023 participants. Dinner participation is included in the "standard ticket (incl. community dinner)", which includes the registration for the whole KI 2023 conference including all co-located events such as workshops and tutorials, and the conference dinner. There is also a (cheaper) ticket "standard ticket (excl. community dinner)" available for all conference days but without the conference dinner. Please note that the ticket registration (incl. community dinner) is first-come first-serve. Booking of a standard ticket including community dinner will be unavailable automatically in the registration system as soon as every available seat is booked. Sadly, we cannot guarantee dinner participation for every registration. Booking of additional dinner tickets is not possible.

Additionally to the above tickets, there is a "day ticket" available in case you want to register for one day only, e.g. the workshop/tutorials day. 

Please note that there are special prices available for members of the German Informatics Society (GI). In addition, dedicated reduced tickets are available for students and further target groups regardless of the GI membership status.
